    Joe provides a wide range of legal services to individuals and businesses,
    such as commercial and real estate transactions (including business and
    real estate purchase and sale transactions), contracts, regulatory
    compliance, banking issues, employment matters, estate planning
    (wills and trusts), probate, litigation, and advice and counsel.

    Joe takes a practical approach to problem-solving.

    Since 1988, Joe has advised businesses in many industries, and his broad base of 
    experience  provides value to clients.  Business clients appreciate not only the 
    personal level of service Joe provides, but also how his emphasis 
    on learning about and understanding their companies enhances that level of 
    service.

    Joe has successfully advocated for clients in hundreds of civil litigation
    cases before trial and appeals courts, arbitrators, administrative law
    judges, and mediators.
