real estate purchase and sale transactions), contracts, regulatory

(wills and trusts), probate, litigation, and advice and counsel.

Since 1988, Joe has advised businesses in many industries, and his broad base of
experience provides value to clients. Business clients appreciate not only the
personal level of service Joe provides, but also how his emphasis
on learning about and understanding their companies enhances that level of

Joe has successfully advocated for clients in hundreds of civil litigation
cases before trial and appeals courts, arbitrators, administrative law
judges, and mediators.

Personal:
Originally from Camp Sherman, Oregon, Joe grew up in Cashmere. Joe and
his wife, Sarah, have three children, Hillary, Hank, and Emmett.
